LED glass shelfs have LED lights inside of them that are not visible at normal viewing, but make the glass appear to be floating while lighting up the room and whatever you put on the glass. Add value to your home or business and increase the convenience of entryways by adding an LED shelf. LED shelfs are easy to install, require drilling a few holes, hammering in the included anchors, then screwing the shelf to the wall. The kit has everything you need including anchors, instructions, screws, power, glass shelf etc. The glass is smooth on top and frosted on the bottom which hides the LED's and makes the shelf appear to be floating! This is a very high quality product and no one in the USA sells this for under $300. All you need to have is a drill. Then you can drill a hole to screw in the included anchor and screw to slide the housing onto. These shelves look great in any lobby, office, home, or business. 
You should drill 6mm holes for installing the included wall anchors. That is just a hair under a quarter inch drill. These heavy fragile items require some extra shipping costs, but they are well worth it! Multiple unit orders of the glass shelves may require adjusted shipping depending on cost of shipping service. The grey housing on the shelf is 1.75" deep and the entire unit is 6.75" deep (from wall to tip of glass). That means the glass part is about 5.0 inches. The kit comes with all the anchors and screws you need to install it. The depth is the same for all sizes. Works on a standard USA wall outlet and USA style plug, so don't worry about these technical specs if you are in the USA or Canada: 100V AC 50/60hz or 220v~240v 50hz 0.05A, Output: 12V DC Max .42A 05~5W. You will also need a measuring tape and a drill. Always have someone help you install this so you don't scratch the wall.
